Wow! JUST WOW!

I didn't realize how long it has been since I posted any real information. Life has been busy but that is no excuse.

For those of you who are wondering why I disapeared online and in person its because of whats below. Much if it was a roller coaster ride emotionally and still is a bit and when I did want to do things I normally had something else that was more important that came up last minute.

Lets see... I got my BA in Digital Media and promptly lost my job with UCF because I graduated... I went to my parents for Christmas then went on a cruise with them. I didn't really see them much because I was normally doning something they couldn't or wouldn't do... Like getting Padi Certified. Over all it was a ton of fun but both fortunately and unfortunately it had to end... I was glad to be home with crenn but I missed the water and I really really didnt want to go back to searching for a job.

All I have to say is thank god for having a savings account. I got a job working night security at a gay club on OBT... If you know the area you know were im talking about.... yah... needless to say... it helped stretch my savings out for another month. I quit that job days before heading to FWA to work security there.. Before you continue that line of thought, I did not quit my job so that I could go to FWA. Infact, I already had the week off to go there... I quit because I was offered a real full time sallery position with a local company as a programmer which I started the day after I got back from Atlanta.

After having been working with this company for a little over a month now I can say I am really happy where I am working and I am constantly learning new stuff. Yah... I get worried at times because they are having me learn 3 or 4 programming languages currently and an entire new way of progamming and my boss doesn't really tell me if im doing well or not, but, im still doing more than the person who started the same time I did doing the same job wh graduated with the same degree at the same time I did. Oh yah.. and we met at a career fair in front of the table of the company we work for. Hows that for weird.

Well anyways... I will be going to Elliots and I have offered my services at PPMP. Im going to try to become social again but alot of it is not wanting to look at a computer screen after being at work 8-9 hours a day 5 days a week.

Bowling Tonight!!!

This is a reminder for those that already know, and a notice for those that don't.

A group of us (growing very large now) have been going bowling on Sundays. There is a lane here in Orlando that has Dollarmania on Sundays with no cover. It's only a dollar each for a game, shoes, and draft beers. The rest of the bar is decent priced too, as many of the group know.

Bowling goes from 8PM-Midnight. We will be at AMF Semoran, not to be confused with AMF Casselberry which is also on Semoran Blvd.
There has been posts on other groups that this starts at 9. That is being remedied.

If you are coming, you need to be at the alley by 7:45 as we would like to meet with everyone about future bowling events and the alley has come to us with an offer that we would like to present to everyone.
Please respond to this message if you are coming or have any questions.

If yopu dont RSVP by 5:00 we cant guarantee you a spot on our lanes.

Hello everyone. There have been a group of us that have been bowling on and off for a few months. About 2-3 weeks ago we made the hard decision of moving to a new alley and I have to say that I am very happy with the move. We now meet Sundays at 9PM - 12AM at the Semoran Lanes. Before anyone asks or gets upset cause it conflicts with their schedule I will say that AT CURRENT TIME THERE IS NO CHANCE OF THE LOCATION, TIME, OR DAY CHANGING. I’m not bitching; I'm just answering the question before it gets asked.

The Costs:
1$ per game (prepaid)
1$ for shoe rental

As a side note they have $1 hotdogs and $1 drafts to my understanding.

If you are interested in coming please respond with a yes. If you do so after 3pm on the day of I cannot guarantee that our lanes will be together. When you arrive please ask where Erik is bowling and come see me before you pay or get shoes this way we can organize the lanes. If this gets big enough I will set up a system so that we can keep a list of people who are going/active.

At current time I must ask that there be NO FURSUITS as we are trying to work up a relationship with the alley so that we can eventually start doing Fursuit Bowling.

FYI: We have had problems with location confusion already. Make sure the alley you are going to is the one listed above. There are 2 AMF's (including this one) that are either on Semoran or have Semoran in their name and are a good distance apart.
